TheHeadsetShop.com ships within the United States and Canada. Canada orders are subject to GST and HST taxes where applicable. Orders taken before 5 PM EST and 2PM PST will ship the same day. Orders taken after the deadline, weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. You will be provided with a Tracking Number once your order ships. If order has shipped and you would like to cancel please wait for the package to arrive and call customer service for an RMA Number.

Returns

Anytime within 30 days of your order please feel free to give us a call to setup a return or an exchange, we DO NOT charge a restocking fee. In order to setup a return you need to be issued an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). To do this please call or email customer service for a representative to issue you an RMA Number and your return instructions. All items MUST BE returned in the original package including all documentation that was included in the package. Write the RMA Number on the shipping box (NOT the product box), items shipped without an RMA Number will be returned to sender. Buyer pays for Return Shipping and TheHeadsetShop.com recommends using FedEx or UPS which are TRACEABLE and INSURED to make sure your package is received by our warehouse. Once item is received at the warehouse, please allow 10-15 business days for refund to be issued.
